Obviating as many steps as possible was important to both save time, and to help eliminate errors made by unskilled help. From music CDs, I create .RM files selectively by track, or all tracks at once but to individual .RM files (one file per track) in practically one step. Descriptive, but legal U*x and NT file names are created, as are .HTM file(s) which address the files/tracks, and update a master URL. No intermediate files. No mucking with RealProducer Pro. It is a real timesaver, and works almost unattended (I don't have a CD changer.)
