Subject: Osprey 100-Premier Problem/Settings??

I can't find capture settings for the Osprey 100 that work well given the 2GB
limit and a problem I'm having with Premier. I want to capture at 320x240
at 15
fps, but when I do I end up with a clip that plays fine in Media Player or the
Premier Monitor source window, but when I drag it into the timeline the
audio-video loses synch about 5 mins. into the clip.

I've been on the phone for hours with Osprey and Adobe tech support and the
only
solution we've come up with is to capture at 29.97 fps with standard
YUV9/Indeo(R)Video R3.2. Problem with that is that I end up with big files fast
and it's a pain to edit so many clips together for a big piece in addition to
the problems of managing disk space.

Are any of you able to Osprey-100 capture 320x240 to create reasonably sized
files that can be edited in Premier and also work well with Real Producer to
create decent quaulity 192x144 streaming video? What capture and compression
settings do you use?

Thanks for any info or insights!
