We are using Hauppauge WinTV cards on Linux with great experiences.. It
works like a charm!!
The RealProducer for Linux requires the video4linux drivers! But they are
supporting all bt8x8 based capture devices including Hauppauge and Osprey..
If you ask me the only problem with RealProducer on Linux is that it only
supports RedHat 6.0, not 6.1 or 6.2 (See Real's Knowledge Base (search for
RedHat))...
