To clarify, the web server should be communicating the MIME-type in the
first place.  Each web server will have its own way of setting MIME-types,
but you will need to associate the .rpm extension with
audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin.

For local playback, the MIME-type is picked up from the file extension.
