Hi all,

I'm kind of completely lost on how to write my own materials for OGRE,
especially while using the more advanced features. Here are some of my
questions summed up:

-How exactly does the multi-pass thing work, what are the names for
all available effects? (like, add specularity etc)
-How can you create an object with a basemap+a lightmap, both of
course on different UV channels (from 3ds max)
-How can you add shadows to the basemap instead of the specmap like it
is in all the examples?

And so forth... really a comprehensive guide to how to create really
nice-looking graphics would be SO much appreciated!!
