Edwige, Just to clarify... you can download the realXtend 0.4 release here:
http://www.realxtend.org/page.php?pg=downloads Or download the OpenSim vanilla here: http://opensimulator.org/wiki/Download Try to stick with a stable release binary for best results. Stay away from the SVN branches or trunk for right now, because the developers are hard at work (and lots of things may be broken at the moment) so just download an older stable release for now, just to get started. The OpenSim 0.6.3 Windows Installer (binary) works fine. It might be a good place to start, or you can try the realXtend 0.4 server. I'd just hold off on ModRex for a bit. Give the developers more time. If you need help getting started, feel free to contact me off-list.
