Hi, This was a bug/incomplete feature in prebuild. Prebuild couldn't use embedded solutions with nant or monodev. I have now split the existing ModreX prebuild.xml file to multiple files so that every project is in their own file. This has fixed the issue. I have tested it now on Ubuntu 9.10 and mono 2.4.2.3.
So do svn update to ModreX source and it should work.
