Jonne: I tried uploading the original Avatar scene folder to dropbox and 
starting with the URL. Same result. No errors, but I got a warning:

Warning: AssetRefListener::HandleAssetRefChange: Asset request for asset 
"default_avatar.avatar" failed.

I'll try Tundra 2.5 and see what happens.
