Hi,

Yep, I did start work on a OO framework... I've been away from rebol for
the past two year and the reason I just subscribed back is to see if
anybody would be interested in something like that ;)

Best,
Chris

Has anyone actually done this - built an OO framework in REBOL?

Although this basically boils down to what you consider to be "object
oriented" ;) Under the aspects commonly considered, "standard" REBOL is
clearly not object oriented. However, due to the flexibility of REBOL,
it's possible to build an object system on top of REBOL (just as object
systems have been built on top of e.g. Lisp/Scheme).
