Can anyone who "knows" these things comment on whether or not using Rebol Command (or not using it for that matter) allows for the concept of database connection "pooling" (i.e. as in Java) and whether or not Rebol CGI scripts are reloaded each time a new request for the application is made....or loaded once the "first" time an application is requested (maybe more of a server issue I suppose) ?
