I can't find an old Rebol/Core 1.0 on my present system,
but I guess they could have been natives, or using MAKE, eg:
make block! "hello" ; == [hello]
I think the algorithm to generate all the TO-xxx functions
was made so that none of the datatypes would be forgotten
(as well as using less code :)
