Here's what I use.

http://www.lexicon.net/antonr/rebol/util/default-colours.r

It also shows how to examine all the words in the
global context and get the ones that are set to
a particular datatype (tuple!).
So this script will always show all the colours
that are in the global context by default, no
matter which version of rebol you're using.
(They haven't changed much for a long time, though,
that I've noticed.)
