And previously we excluded REBOL because there was no
"free" implementation but afaict REBOL/Core is now
"free" and sufficient for the silly programs on the
shootout.
We include Intel C/C++ and Fortran.
We include Sun Java.
REBOL/Core is suitable.
(How long it will take before we get around to
installing it is another matter, but it sure won't
happen before we have a bunch of programs).
