At Devcon05, I remember Carl raising the question of either to continue elaborating VID, or push some alternative such as RebGUI. This question is quickly becoming crucial for me as I face the prospect of having to code a lot of user interfaces. It's not that I have much preferences for either, but off course I'd like to align myself with where "official" RT solution/vision is going. If anyone on the list knows a bit more aon the subject and is at liberty to comment on this, that would be appreciated.
