Bananas Foster

1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 oz. Mount Gay Rum
4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tbsp. Butter
2 oz. Banana Liqueur
Place butter in saute pan over low-medium heat Add brown sugar, combine
until smooth Add bananas, increase heat to moderate Saute bananas in sugar
mixture for 60 seconds AWAY FROM FLAME, add rum and banana liqueur, and
flame carefully Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream
