This is my family's favorite chili recipe.  It is just as good cooked on
hi as low.

                             Crock Pot Chili

   2      cans          kidney beans 16oz -- drained
   2      cans          diced tomatoes 14.5oz
   2      pounds        ground beef -- browned and drained
   1      medium        onion -- coarsely chopped
   1                    green pepper -- coarsely chopped
   2      cloves        garlic -- crushed
   3      tablespoons   chili powder
   1      teaspoon      pepper
   1      teaspoon      cumin
                        salt -- to taste

Put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed.  Stir once.  Cover and cook on
low 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
