                              Cinnabon Rolls

     1/2           cup  warm water
  2           packages  dry yeast
  2        tablespoons  sugar
  1            package  (3 1/2 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
     1/2           cup  margarine -- melted
  2                     eggs
  1           teaspoon  salt
  6               cups  flour
  1                cup  butter
  2               cups  brown sugar
  4          teaspoons  ground cinnamon
                        Cream Cheese Frosting
  8             ounces  cream cheese
     1/2           cup  margarine
  1           teaspoon  vanilla
  3               cups  confectioners' sugar
  1         tablespoon  milk

In a small bowl combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Set aside.
In a large bowl, take pudding mix and prepare according to package directions.
Add margarine, eggs and salt. Mix well. Add yeast mixture. Blend. Gradually add
flour; knead until smooth. (You will need approximately this much flour.) Place
in a large greased bowl. cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down dough and
let it rise again. Then roll out on floured board to 34x21". Take the 1 cup
butter and spread over surface. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top of dough. Roll up very tightly.
With a knife, put a notch every 2". Cut with thread or knife. Place on lightly
greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Take hand and lightly press down on each roll.
Cover and let rise until double again.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. Take out of oven when they start to turn
golden brown. DON'T OVERBAKE. Frost warm rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting: Combine all ingredients until smooth.
Makes 20 very large rolls.

NOTES : I half the recipe for my family.
I also make the dough in the bread machine.
