Southwest Taco Salad
made with Southwest Chipotle 10-minute Marinade 
 
Tip 16: Add a capful of Salt-Free Mrs. Dash Original Steak Grilling
Blend to ½ cup of low sodium soy sauce and brush on beef ribs for
great barbeque flavor. 
    
 
1 tsp. (5mL) olive oil1 cup (240 mL) diced onions1 lb. (454 g) extra
(95%) lean ground beef3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle
10-Minute Marinade1 bunch Romaine lettuce, torn1/2 cup shredded fat –
free cheddar cheese (120mL) 1 can (15.5 oz.) (439 g) dark kidney beans,
drained and rinsed2 large tomatoes, diced
 
1. Add oil to large saucepan and heat. Add 1/2 cup (120mL) onions, and
cook until soft.2. Add beef, increase heat and continue to cook for 5
minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is no longer pink, and
the juices are clear.3. When beef has cooled, add Mrs. Dash®
Southwest Chipotle 10-Minute Marinade.4. In a clear bowl layer half of
lettuce, then ground beef mixture, then layer 1/4 cup (60mL) cheese.
Layer remaining lettuce and beans.5. Top with diced tomatoes,
remaining 1/2 cup (120mL) onions and remaining cheddar cheese.
