Oatmeal-Chocolate Treat:

 

Ingredients

1 cup cooked steel-cut oatmeal

21 grams chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter

 

Instructions

Just mix all the ingredients together!

Fruity-Nut Cottage Cheese With Raspberry Sauce

 

Ingredients

3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup peaches, diced

3/4 cup cantaloupe, diced

1/4 cup grapes

1/2 cup raspberries

3 macadamia nuts, chopped

 

Instructions

Scoop cottage cheese into the center of a serving plate. Arrange blueberries, peaches, cantaloupe, and grapes around it. Place raspberries in a blender

and puree. Pour pureed raspberries over cottage cheese and fruit, sprinkle it with nuts, and serve.
