For all our Hunters out there,, I grew up eating Deer meat,,I LOVE it anyway its made!
 
Deer sausage
 
7-1/2 pounds venison, ground
7-1/2 pounds pork, ground
4 ounces salt
1 ounce ground black pepper
1-1/2 ounce accent seasoning mix
1 ounce cayenne
3 ounce light brown sugar
1 ounce Louisiana hot sauce
1 ounce paprika
3 ounces Worcestershire sauce
3 whole fresh green onion, chopped
 
Put all meats and onion through grinder, mix well, mix in
Seasoning, and stuff in casings or make patty
