Pumpkin Crunch Cake

l pkg. yellow cake mix; two layer, divided
2 large eggs
l 2/3 c. pumpkin pie mix
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
l/4 c. chopped pecans
3 tablespoons cold butter or margarine
1/3 c. coconut

Heat oven to 350.  Lightly grease l3 x 9 baking pan.  Combine 3 cups
yellow cake mix, eggs, pumpkin pie mix and pumpkin pie spice in a
large bowl.  Beat on med. speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. 
Pour into a prepared baking pan.

Combine remaining cake mix, coconut, and nuts in a small bowl.  Cut
in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is
crumbly.  Sprinkle over batter.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in
center comes out clean.  Cool on wire rack.
