A "Simple Burrito" Casserole
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium size onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced (or about a teaspoon garlic powder)
2 cans Hormel chili without beans
2 cans Bush's chili hot beans
1 teaspoon ground cumin
10 8" flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Mexican style cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef with the onion and garlic in large saucepan. Drain off
any grease. Add the chili and the beans. Simmer about 15 minutes or
until hot. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Place about 2 or
3 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each tortilla, and
roll up burrito style. Place them into a 13X9X2" baking pan. Pour
the rest of the mixture over the burritos. Spread the cheese over
the top. Bake about 30 minutes or until it is bubbly and the cheese
is melted. Serve with a large serving spoon.
Hope this is something ya'll will like.
