microwave meat loaf 2 pounds ground beef 1 large onion chopped 1/2 bell pepper chopped 1/2 cup crackers crushed 1/2 cup milk 1 egg well beaten 1 teaspoon seasoning salt 2 tablespoons steak sauce 1/2 cup ketchup morson crackers with milk, sit a side. combine all ingredients, add crackers, mix well. place in microwave loaf pan, top with ketchup. bake 30 minutes, on half power, or slow power, until done. makes 6 servings.
