CHICKEN
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds) 1 
1/2 cups
corn flakes, crushed to measure 1/2 cup

GRAVY
1 tablespoon CRISCO Oil*
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup condensed chicken broth, undiluted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

*Use your favorite Crisco Oil product.

For chicken, combine paprika, poultry seasoning, thyme, salt and 
pepper in
small bowl. Place chicken in shallow dish. Sprinkle half of 
seasoning
mixture over chicken. Turn chicken over. Sprinkle with remaining 
seasoning
mixture. Coat with corn flakes.

Place in 11 3/4x 7 1/2x2-inch glass microwave-safe dish with 
thickest
portions toward outside of dish. Cover with waxed paper. 
Microwave at HIGH
for 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, 
rotating dish
one half turn after 4 minutes. Remove chicken to serving platter. 
Keep warm.

For gravy, combine oil and flour in 4-cup glass measure. Stir 
until smooth.
Add milk and broth slowly. Stir until smooth. Microwave at HIGH 
for 3 to 5
minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in 
chives, salt
and pepper. Spoon over chicken.
Makes 6 servings
