I could make this for gifts but what would I mix it up in? I don't have a bowl that big. (Smile) Joyce

In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin and mix well. In a separate large bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients. Add alternately with the water to the creamed mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour and 30 minutes. Let stand ten minutes. Makes 9 loaves of bread. This is nice for bake sales and for gifts. Enjoy. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Access the Recipes And More list archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/recipesandmore%40googlegroups.com/ Visit the group home page at: http://groups.google.com/group/RecipesAndMore -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
