CHICKEN MURPHY IN THE MICROWAVE 

1/2 c. spaghetti or marinara sauce
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 med. potato, peeled & cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
1 lb. chicken fillets
1/2 green pepper, cut into chunks
1 sm. onion, sliced


Combine spaghetti sauce, wine, oregano, basil and potato in 
microwave dish. Cover and cook on medium high 4 minutes. Add 
remaining ingredients and spoon sauce over top. Cover and cook 
about 12 minute on medium high or until all ingredients are 
tender. Remove from microwave several times while cooking and 
rearrange ingredients to ensure even cooking throughout. Let 
stand 3 minutes before serving. Serves 4.
