Spicy Pork Chili
From Taste of Home 2 lbs. boneless pork, cut into 1/2" cubes 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 2 cup. frozen corn 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 cup. chopped onion 1 cup. beef broth 4 oz. can chopped green chilies 1 Tbs.. chili powder 1 tsp. minced garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup. minced fresh cilantro Shredded cheddar cheese, optional In a large skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until browned. Transfer pork and drippings to a 5-quart slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients except cilantro and cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until pork is tender. Stir in cilantro. Serve with cheese if desired. Enjoy 6 Servings When we are grateful for the good we already have, we attract more good into our life.
