1 (10-ounce) package frozen strawberry halves in syrup

1/2 cup fat-free strawberry frozen yogurt or strawberry sorbet

8 (2.5-ounce) freezer-pop molds

1 cup low-fat milk

8 freezer-pop sticks

Partially thaw berries at room temperature for 10 minutes or microwave on
high for 10 seconds. Place partially frozen strawberries with liquid in
container of a blender. Add milk and frozen yogurt. Cover and blend until
smooth. Pour into freezer-pop molds. Place freezer-pop sticks in centers.
Freeze until firm. Yield: 8 servings.

Tips | Make red, white and blue milksicles. For blue pops, substitute frozen
strawberry halves with 1 (10-ounce) package frozen blueberries in syrup.
Substitute strawberry frozen yogurt with berry-flavored frozen yogurt or
sorbet. For white pops, omit frozen strawberry halves. Increase milk to 11/2
cups. Substitute 1/2 cup strawberry frozen yogurt with 1 cup of vanilla
frozen yogurt or vanilla sorbet.
