ALMOND - CHOCOLATE FRENCH TOAST

1 c. eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Bread (thin sliced)

Mix in blender: Eggs, milk, cocoa, sugar, almond extract and vanilla. Soak 
bread well. Fry until browned on both sides in lightly greased pan. (Recommended
topping - Raspberry Sauce.)  Enjoy.
