Easy Baked Toffee 2 sticks butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in 2 cups nuts. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. When soft enough to spread, spread evenly over toffee. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Cool completely. Break into pieces. Store in air-tight container.
