quiches could be frozen; after all, why not, when you can buy them already 
frozen at the supermarket, and Sam's Club!

    You can freeze almost anything. Just make sure, when freezing your quiche, 
it is stored in an air tight container so it doesn't get freezer burn.

    Thaw it out before reheating.
