Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo 6 oz. uncooked fettuccine 1 cup broccoli flowerets 1 tsp. margarine 6 oz (2) skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes *1 can 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. skim milk 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese Prepare fettuccine according to directions, add broccoli for the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain in colander. In skillet over medium high heat, heat margarine, add chicken add cook until browned, stirring often..
