Chicken Stuffing Casserole
 1 c. water
 1/4 c. butter or margarine
 1 pkg. (7 oz.) seasoned stuffing mix
 1 can (10 3/4 to 11 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
 1/2 c. mayonnaise
 1/3 c. milk
 2 c. diced cooked chicken
 2 stalks celery, chopped
 1 c. drained, cooked peas
 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
 In 1 qt. saucepan over high heat, heat water & butter to boiling. In lg.
bowl, pour hot water mixture over stuffing mix, toss to mix well. Pat 1/2 of
the stuffing mixture into 12x8" baking dish. In med. bowl, stir together
soup, mayonnaise, milk, chicken, celery, peas & thyme until well mixed.
Spoon evenly over stuffing mixture in baking dish, top  with remaining
stuffing mixture. Bake at 400 F. 30 mins. or until heated thru. Sprinkle
with cheese. Bake 5 mins. more or until cheese is melted. 6 servings.
