CARDAMOM POUND CAKE
   1 pound butter
   1 cup white sugar
   1 1/2 cups brown sugar
   1 teaspoon vanilla
   5 eggs
   4 cups flour
   1 teaspoon baking powder
   1 teaspoon cardamom
   1 cup milk
Streusel:
   Brown sugar
   Chopped walnuts
   Cardamom
   Cream
 butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time until 
incorporated.
Sift together flour, cardamom, and baking powder; add alternately with milk to 
the
egg mixture, starting and ending with flour. Layer batter with streusel in a 
buttered
and floured bundt pan (batter, streusel, batter, streusel, batter). Bake at 350 
degrees
for about 1 1/2 hours.
