Country Chicken and Potato Bake ~ Serves 6 3 medium potatoes, unpeeled, cut in cubes 1 medium onion, chopped 3-lbs. chicken pieces 1 tsp. rosemary leaves, dried (or several sprogs fresh.) ΒΌ tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 425. Grease a baking dish or spray with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl or plastic bag.
