Italian Parmesan Potatoes

3 medium russet potatoes, unpeeled, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
2 tsp olive or vegetable oil
1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp paprika
2 to 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to dg450.

Cut a 14-inch square from heavy-duty foil.  Place potatoes in center.
In small bowl, combine oil, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and
paprika.  Drizzle over potatoes.  Stir gently to coat.  Wrap securely
using double-fold seals.  Place packet on cookie sheet.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.  Remove packet
from oven, open packet and stir gently.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Return
packet to oven and bake 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Yield 4 servings.
