Smoothies are one of my favorites, because they're easy to prepare, taste 
super-yummy and you can make hundreds of variations.

 

Ingredients

 

List of 5 items

. 1 cup (250g) orange juice

. 1 cup (250g) fat-free plain yogurt

. 1 banana

. 1 cup (250g) fresh strawberries

. sugar

Directions

 

Peel and cut banana into large chunks.

 

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add 
sugar to your liking !

 

Enjoy!
