Stolen Generations lawyers
to make final submissions

Lawyers for two Northern Territory members of the
Stolen Generations are expected to make final
submissions to the Federal Court in Adelaide this
week.

Lorna Cubillo and Peter Gunner are suing the
Federal Government for being taken from their
families when they were children and placed in
institutions.

The counsel for the Commonwealth has
summarised the case and made submissions.

It is expected the plaintiffs' counsel, Jack Rush, will
address the court tomorrow.
