>From KooriNet via Christine Howes: The Right Honourable Malcolm Fraser AC CH will be delivering the The 5th Vincent Lingiari Memorial Lecture* on Thursday 24 August 2000 at 7.30 pm in the Sound Shell, Northern Territory University (Casuarina Campus). This lecture promises to be as significant as previous lectures in the series by Sir William Deane, Gough Whitlam, Galarrwuy Yunupingu and Patrick Dodson. At 2.30pm on the same day, Mr Fraser will be launching the Gurindji Freedom Banners at the same location.
