I'm with Don, the male Indigenous incarceration rate in ths country and in 
particualr Western Australia is our international perennial shame.  In WA 
it remains stuck at 5,600:100,000 when, for comparison, in Victoria the 
general rate is 80:100,000!

Reconcile that little lot, you upwardly mobile media statements of the 
super-duper annuated....

Reconcilliation is preaching to the converted, or at worst, the 
convertable.  What about the red necks,  and then the structural managers, 
many of whom appear in the above august listing....
