ABC News: *Afghanistan to accept return of asylum seekers* Afghanistan has agreed to accept the immediate return of Afghans who arrive in Australia or Indonesia illegally. The agreement has been reached at the people smuggling conference which has ended in Bali. Australia's Foreign Minister Alexander Downer, and Indonesia's Foreign Minister Hassan Wirajuda, announced the deal after talks with Afghanistan's Minister for Justice, Abdul Rahim Karimi. A statement from the three ministers agreed that one of the post conflict issues in Afghanistan is the voluntary return of Afghan refugees. Indonesia and Australia say they will seek an effective returns policy using cash incentives, and help with resettlement and rehabilitation.
