*Required Qualifications:*

   - BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other
   similar background
   - 10+ years of program management experience in complex multi-functional
   environment.
   - 5+ years of experience in leading Enterprise Data Governance &
   Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data
   Solutions (EDDS) organization.
   - Drive key goals for EDGP to improve the customer experience and drives
   business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance
   and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data
   platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to
   leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.
   - Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Lineage and
   techno-functional mind to drive enterprise level initiatives
   - Be highly motivated and maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude in a
   fast paced environment
   - An ability to deal with a fast pace and changing needs
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
   - Has enthusiasm and passion for extraordinary products and services.
   Employs story telling to articulate product vision.
   - Curious about the why and how

*Preferred Qualifications:*

   - Understanding of basic Agile principles and/or experience in Agile
   Product Development
   - Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive backlog
   improvements
   - Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles
   - Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional environments
   - Analytical attitude and experience making data driven decisions

*Additional Considerations:*

   - Agile practices and experience with tools like (JIRA, Rally, Mural,
   Invision, etc.)
