Please let me know to proceed further. *FYI Below is the requirement:* *Role: BPM Consultant* *Location: Must be willing to relocate anywhere in CA* *Experience: 10+ Years* *Client: HCL SOW * *Rate: $60/Hr on C2C | No OPT/CPT | LinkedIn*** *Job Description: * - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments Understating of business flows and ability to translate them into technical requirements. - Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries. - Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Exposure to system architecture of Application and System Integration Processes. - Basic software troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze into software-related issues and products. - Basic exposure to change management tools and processes. - Coordinate migrations implementation of changes between the different Application environments (i.e., Development, Test and Production). - A strong willingness to explore, adapt and learn new systems and processes. - To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions or review. - To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. - To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies or contingency plans to address risks. - To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
