Greetings, I’m Joanne, a 35-year-old Social Worker from Philadelphia. I have decided to step into the IT world, and Software Testing/QA seemed the right fit for me. I recently completed a Masters-Level Professional Certificate in Software Testing and QA. Next stop is taking the ISTQB! Once I become more proficient at QA, I hope to combine my interest in the human services field/non-profits and QA.
