Ok, for those interested: I found the solution myself: you don't have to 
configure anything, just copy the lines in your class that deal with logging 
(see Application.java for instance). And you'll see the logging appear in the 
prompt.

Could someone give an example of how to enable logging with the log4 
properties. I'm slowly progressing but I would like to see some logging. What I 
cannot find is how to enable it and where I can find the logs. It seems not to 
appear in the Promt window (or I'm completely overlooking it all the time).

In other words: I miss the trace() command....
