I noticed that my FLV players were exhibiting a slightly
different behavior when they reached the end of the file than they did
with FMS. With Red5 the player stays at the last frame while on FMS it
moves back to the first frame and pauses. Inside my code I'm calling
NetStream.seek(0) to make this happen, but on Red5 once the
Netstream.Play.Stop event has been received it seems I cannot seek. It
seems to just ignore the command. Any idea if this is intended
behavior?
If FMS does the things like that, it should be a conformance bug in
Red5. So feel free to report it onto Trac. Thanks! :-)

Hi also for some reason, even with videeo that just plays, if i try to
seek back the video will buffer ot the buffer time set, so its been
impossible to device something to fast reverse etc so a timer
constantly seeks back for how ever long u hold down the button for.
While this is happening its trying to rebuffer for each seek that
occurs :\
