Unfortunately it is. In fact I updated them myself manually before the changes were made to SVN as well. I have a new dual amd64 opteron machine that I'm going to be testing on in the next couple days. This will allow me to really push the memory settings since I was limited to the 4GB address space on my other machines. I'm not optimistic that it will help however, due to the sudden and aggressive nature of the memory leak.
