I have been using Red5 for a while, and you all have helped me through it. Thanks! I have the server up and running, and I have built a cool app around it.
I need to be able to secure my application now. What I need is the ability for the Red5 server to make a SQL query, and if it returns a single row, then procede with allowing the app the save the file that was recorded in the app. I know there has been discussion about server side code, but how exactly does this work? What is the easiest way for me to have the red5 server make a SQL query to MySQL? How do I execute that server side code from the flash app? Sorry if these questions are very basic.
