For the blue screen footage we used Adobe After Effects to pull out the
green.  I hope that helps!   

The part I like best about using Red5 is that whenever anyone goes to
the site, it registers them, so that a Sales Agent can see who is
viewing the site, and then we can proactively choose to chat with them,
or visaversa.

good stuff, Im curious to know how the blue screen shot footage is 
blended into the background. Is this the streaming component ? If it is
