http://www.on2.com/downloads/flix-demo-software is where I got it. Down towards the bottom of the page is the "Download Flix Live Demo" link.
Unfortunately, it looks like it's the only broadcaster that works. I received my demo key from Digital Rapids this morning and have yet to get any video across (audio plays fine and Red5 logs it's trying ScreenCodec so it thinks it's getting video, but flash player shows nothing).
